Located just 1.5km from the beach (you could walk it from here) at Santa Manza and only 5km drive from Bonifacio. Figari airport 25km. Sperone golf course 4km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a spacious, high ceiling living and dining room with patio doors to the hardwood deck terrace. Well-equipped kitchen. Utility room. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) both with access to the terrace. Three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) all with access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower stall and twin sinks and a second bathroom. Two shower rooms. Two separate toilets.
The décor is very tasteful and furnishings are smart and comfortable.
The pool area has an attractive terrace and is sheltered by a well appointed wall.
This is an excellent location, with easy access to the beach in the large bay of Santa Manza which is much favoured by windsurfers and kite surfers. The renowned golf course at Sperone is also just a few minutes drive. Bonifacio caters for all your shopping needs and there is also a great choice of restaurants and some beautiful coastal walks. It’s also very easy to access the beaches near Porto Vecchio and Figari from here.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Change-over charge €300 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €600 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
