Master double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed), toilet, bathroom and dressing room. Further double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) each with french windows leading to the terrace. Cot available. Large bathroom.
Overall the rooms are spacious, light and airy.
The tranquil garden is enclosed with trees offering natural shade and there is a small pathway leading directly to the sea.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided and paid locally 120€. 3 hours cleaning included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Change-over and final cleaning charge payable locally 100€. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning 10€ an hour, babysitting and cooking 10€ an hour.
