The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom and toilet and a balcony with fabulous views. Bedroom access is via a winding staircase and there is no door on the room.
The ground floor has a well equipped, contemporary, open-plan kitchen with access to rear terrace. Spacious living and dining room with a central “fuconu” style fireplace and picture windows all round and access to the front terrace with views of the valley. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room and picture windows leading to semi circular terrace.
Canadian style air conditioning takes cool air from the ground and channels it round the house.
The villa has lots of land including a wooded area accessed via a sloping path. This villa is not suitable for children who are not allowed.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. End of stay clean 100€ payable locally. Linen and towels hire (not including beach towels) 10€ per person. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
