The accommodation comprises a large living and dining room with access to the garden, a small sitting room, a gallery with library/reading area and a vast, comprehensively equipped kitchen with access to the large terrace. Three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each) and a further double bedroom (1 x 2m wide bed), of which one has a washroom and one has a gallery within the bedroom with a double bed (130cm wide). Bathroom and a shower room and two separate toilets.
The interior is refined, comfortable and well maintained.
The garden is very peaceful with a super pool and pool house. This is a delightful rural setting, but not isolated.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Bed linen provided. 4 hours cleaning per week included. Final clean included. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
