The second floor has two separate wings with independent stairways. The first has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed). Twin bedroom (2 x 100cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (1 x140cm wide bed). Bathroom with toilet. The second wing has a triple bedroom ( 3 x 100cm wide beds), a family bedroom with a double bed (1 x 160cm wide) and a single bed (1 x 110cm wide) with en suite bathroom with toilet (which is also accessible from the corridor.
The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x160cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with toilet. Abedroom with two double beds (both 140cm wide) and a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed). Bathroom with toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with toilet. Triple bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and a single bed (110cm wide) with en suite shower and toilet.
The ground floor has a separate toilet and a large kitchen diner with access to the terrace. Large, formal dining room. Entrance hall linking the front and back of the house. Large living room with fireplace and access to a second large sitting room. Study/reading room with views of the lake and access to the terrace.
The décor is refined and elegant reflecting the period of the property with the exception of the kitchen which is modern and fitted.
The garden is large, flat and beautifully maintained, with lovely mature trees and elegant hedging. The pool is set to the side of the chateau and is fenced off. The private tennis court is set close to the pool. To get to the lake you need to walk some way round the back of the chateau and down the hill. The owner can arrange fishing permits in advance and there are plenty of fish to be caught.
It is usually possible to organize additional services of a cook, cleaner and shopping although this does need to be arranged in advance and is subject to availability of personnel. This service has been very popular with past clients.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Change-over charge €200 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €600 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
