The upper floor gallery has a double bed (140cm wide).
The ground floor comprises a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Large double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a large twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room, each with toilet.
Most of the rooms orientate towards the sea and the views can be appreciated from large windows. The interior is particularly well maintained and comfortable and benefits from under-floor heating.
The garden is lovely and tranquil and you can really appreciate nature here, the sea, the birds and plants are all so enjoyable. There is direct access to the sea from the garden.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Linen not included. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
