Annexe
With a garage on ground floor the first floor accommodation, accessed via an exterior stairway, comprises a comfortable twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds) and a shower room with toilet. Overall this is a comfortable villa with a mixture of modern and traditional furnishings. The garden has good lawn space and displays colourful plants.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Linen not available. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
