The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed). Shower room and toilet. Both bedrooms have beautiful sea views.
The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with sea views. There is no television but there is a wi-fi internet connection. Separate toilet.
The villa is really nicely furnished and whilst there is no garden there is a lovely terrace and courtyard. Parking for one car.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays. Small pets en request.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Bed linen available on request 10€ per week (duvets provided). Towels available on request 5€ per week. Electricity, water, gas is payable locally according to the house meter readings. Tax de sejour payable locally (normally 1€ per day per adult). Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
