The first floor has a large, air conditioned family bedroom with a double (1 x 140cm wide) and two single beds (90cm wide). Small twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Separate toilet.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room and a large living and dining room. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with toilet and shower stall and a further shower room with toilet which also opens to the garden.
The décor is mainly neutral and light whilst furnishings are practical and comfortable.
The garden is super, with large flat lawns complemented by a private tennis court which is in excellent condition along with a salt filtered (supposedly more healthy) pool with Jacuzzi.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Three hours of cleaning are included per week. Obligatory final clean 50€ payable locally in cash. Electricity paid locally subject to meter reading. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, and gas during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Security deposit - credit card details held in UK for a deduction if required of up to 1500€. Linen is not provided. Electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
