The central villa has a dining room from which a small passageway leads to a fully equipped western style kitchen. Living room with a Jacuzzi on a lower level. Master bedroom with a double bed (1 x 140cm wide bed) on a raised platform with en suite bathroom with toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with a sitting area with en suite bathroom and toilet television and beautiful views of the paddy fields.
The second villa has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with toilet. Second double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with a study area and en suite bathroom with toilet. Small exterior sitting room.
The property has a very intimate atmosphere and the pool is surrounded by a tropical garden with a lovely terrace plus a small relaxation gazebo.
The prices include
The price includes (for the ensemble of the three villas) : linen (bed sheets, bath towels and hand towels), laundry service, hair dryer, safe box, airport transfer, villa staff (head of house, 3 cooks, 12 chamber maids, 8 night guards, 3 gardener/pool maintanance personnel), 7 maintanance personnel. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are included during the peak period begininng July to end August.
The prices don’t include
Paid locally : deposit, telephone and fax, shopping, food and drinks. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are payable locally according to meter readings outside the peak period begininng July to end August. End of stay clean is payable locally.
