Large, air conditioned villa set in a modest sized garden with a private swimming pool. Located in the heart of Seminyak, close to shops and restaurants just three minutes drive from the beach.
The villa comprises a living room open to the exterior with views over the garden and pool area. Dining room with ceiling fan and an open-plan kitchen. Two air conditioned bedrooms each with king size bed (180cm wide) sharing a shower room with toilet.
Independent air conditioned double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room with toilet.
Villa Santai Seminyak has an agreeable mélange of modern and traditional Belanese architecture and is furnished and decorated with great taste.
The lush garden has lawned areas, a relaxation gazebo and a kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by coconut palms.
The prices include
The price includes : linen (bed sheets, bath towels and hand towels), laundry service, airport transfer, villa staff (head of house, 1 cook, 2 chamber maids, 2 night guards, 1 gardener/swimming pool personnel. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are included during the peak period begininng July to end August.
The prices don’t include
Paid locally : deposit, shopping, food and drinks. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are payable locally according to meter readings outside the peak period begininng July to end August. End of stay clean is payable locally.
