Luxury air conditioned villa with a sizable private swimming pool, right on the beach with fabulous sea views, Atas Ombak literally means villa on the waves. Set in vast grounds located a few kilometers north of Legian, access is via a private road. This villa is reputedly the most luxurious villa in Bali.

Main house

The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with air conditioning and ceiling fan, dressing room, en suite shower room and toilet and access to terrace.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, a large living room and a small living room. Dining room with a table which can comfortably seat twelve people. Guest toilet. Master bedroom with king size bed (180 cm wide), air conditioning and ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower and toilet and access to a small private garden with a small swimming pool. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with air conditioning and ceiling fan, dressing room, en suite shower room with toilet and access to terrace. All the bedrooms overlook the ocean.

From the dining room a small bridge over a pond takes you to an adjacent villa which houses kitchen equipped to professional standard.

Annexe (for guests)

Comprises a small living room, double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), each with air conditioning and ceiling fan, en suite shower room with toilet and large patio windows offering sea views.

In between the main house and the pool is a large gazebo known locally as a « bale » which offes an open-air living and dining room.

The large garden is entirely private with lawns, palm trees and fabulous sea views.
