Description
Superb, air conditioned, sizeable property comprised of a main villa and a guest house set in large, tranquil gardens surrounded by high walls, with an impressive private swimming pool. Located in Sminyak just ten minutes drive from the beach.
Main villa
The upper floor has an air conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm wide), bathroom with shower and toilet. A bedroom corner can be equipped with a single bed (90cm wide) which is ideal for a child.
The ground floor has a large living room with ceiling fans which is generally open to the pool area. Dining room with dining capacity for ten people and a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room. Air conditioned master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm wide), bathroom with shower and toilet which opens to the exterior and a private garden.
Guest house
Two air conditioned bedrooms each with queen size beds (1 x 160cm wide) share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The decor is modern and elegant incorporating principally wood, marble and local stone. The garden is perfectly peaceful with lawned areas and beautiful pool set in front of the main villa. Just a short drive from shops, restaurants and the beach.
The prices include
The price includes : linen (bed sheets, bath towels and hand towels), laundry service, strong box, airport transfer, villa staff (head of house, 1 cook, 3 chamber maids, 4 night guards, 1 gardeners/swimming pool personnel. Car with chauffer. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are included during the peak period begininng July to end August.
The prices don’t include
Paid locally : deposit, shopping, food and drinks. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are payable locally according to meter readings outside the peak period begininng July to end August. End of stay clean is payable locally.
