Description
Fabulous large, air conditioned villa set in vast, peaceful gardens with a huge private swimming pool and tennis court set on the beach with views of the ocean. Located in Canggu which is famous for it's beach and fifteen minutes drive from the Nirwana golf course (designed by Greg Norman and voted the best golf course in Asia by Asian golf monthly).
The upper floor has a living room with large screen and DVD projector. Master bedroom with king size bed (180cm wide) and access to balcony, a further bedroom with king size bed (180cm wide) and access to balcony and one other bedroom with king size bed (180 cm wide). All the aformentioned bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with toilet, CD player, air conditioning and sea views.
The ground floor has a living and dining room (for 12 people) with access to the garden and views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) each with en suite bathrooms with toilet, CD player, air conditioning and sea views.
The décor is beautifully done and is complemented by artifacts collected from all over Indonesia. There is a lovely garden with gazebo, vegetable garden, lawned areas and a splendid swimming pool as well as a private tennis court.
The prices include
The price includes : linen (bed sheets, bath towels and hand towels), laundry service, safe box, airport transfer, villa staff (head of house, 2 cooks, 6 chamber maids, 2 night guards, 2 waiters, car chauffer. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are included during the peak period begininng July to end August.
The prices don’t include
Paid locally : deposit, shopping, food and drinks, baby-sitter. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are payable locally according to meter readings outside the peak period begininng July to end August. End of stay clean is payable locally. |
