Description
The air conditioned Palm River villa combines modern architecture with traditional Balinese style to offer gorgeous accommodation in a vast garden with a magnificent private swimming pool and splendid views over the paddy fields. In an excellent location on the edge of the charming village of Pererenam, an area occupied by similar luxurious villas, just six hundred metres walk from the famous Canggu beach and fifteen minutes drive from the Nirwana golf course (designed by Greg Norman and voted the best golf course in Asia by Asian golf monthly).
The first wing of the villa has a large living and dining room which can dine twelve people. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. The other wing has five air conditioned double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with toilets. A sitting room with large screen television and a video projector.
The beautiful garden has mature trees and a beautiful shaped pool and commands fabulous views over the paddy fields.
The prices include
The price includes : linen (bed sheets, bath towels and hand towels), laundry service, airport transfer, villa staff (head of house, 1 cook, 2 chamber maids, 1 night guard, 1 gardener/swimming pool person. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are included during the peak period begininng July to end August.
