Description
This luxury air conditioned villa combines modern and traditional Balinese architecture to great effect. Comprised of three separate villas set in large gardens with a super private swimming pool and exterior Jacuzzi overlooking terraced paddy fields. Set amidst paddy fields and a community of luxury villas on the edge of the village of Canggu within walking distance of its famous beach and fifteen minutes drive from the Nirwana golf course (designed by Greg Norman and voted the best golf course in Asia by Asian golf monthly).
The first villa has a living and dining room with an adjoining kitchen.
The second villa comprises two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) with en suite bathrooms with toilets. The tower of this villa has a ground floor double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with toilet and upstairs there is a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with toilet.
The final villa stands further apart and has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and en suite bathroom with toilet. This room can also be used as an office. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Set in wonderful tropical gardens with a exotic palms and lawns along with a lovely shaped pool complimented by a separate outdoor Jacuzzi all with splendid views over the paddy fields.
The prices include
The price includes : linen (bed sheets, bath towels and hand towels), laundry service, villa staff (head of house, 1 cook, 4 chamber maids, 4 night guard, 2 gardener/swimming pool person. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are included during the peak period begininng July to end August.
The prices don’t include
Paid locally : deposit, shopping, food and drinks. Utilty charges (electricity, water, gas) are payable locally according to meter readings outside the peak period begininng July to end August. End of stay clean is payable locally.
