Traditional wooden chalet with magnificent views located just 1km from a ski resort. Located in Seigneurie de Shefford in the Quebec region of Canada. Around one hours drive from Montreal. Local shops 8km. Riding 5km. Golf 6km. Sherbrooke 120km. Quibec 200km. Trois rivieres 120km.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), bathroom and a gallery.
The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.
The lower floor has a games room with billiards table. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a laundry room.
The décor and furnishings are comfortable and the style traditional. Ski store available.
There is a large south east facing terrace and vast wooded grounds. Two lakes are located within a few minutes walk. There are further ski resorts 8km and 20km. The Estrie cycle tracks are easily accessible.
Note – in winter a 4x4 vehicle or car equipped with snow tyres is strongly recommended.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - ask for details. Obligatory final clean payable locally 60$. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (15€ per hour) and cook.
