Attractive, air conditioned villa with good sized garden and heat-able swimming pool. Located to the south of Orlando in Haines city, south west Kissimmee, on the Southern Dunes international golf course. Orlando 10km. Disney 15 minutes drive (normally). Local shops 100 metres. Orlando airport 40km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room. Two single bedrooms (1 x 90cm wide bed in each). Bathroom. Cot available on request.
There is a terrace with views over the golf course. This is a peaceful setting and there is free access to the local sports complex with tennis court. The pool can be heated on request at a cost of around £70 per week.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Pool heating on request payable locally - around £70 per week. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (available) including cleaning and cook.
