Beautiful, air conditioned, contemporary villa with a large garden and private swimming pool, situated on a secure complex with golf and tennis on site. Located in Clermont near Orlando which is 45 minutes drive (normally). Beach 1h30 drive.
The accommodation comprises a living and dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen all opening via bay windows onto the terrace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom and shower. Two further double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom.
Décor is tasteful and in good order as are the comfortable furnishings.
The infinity pool is overlooked by the terrace which has protective mosquito netting and in turn overlooks the nearby lake. The lovely lawned garden is well planted with palm trees, shrubs and colourful flowers. There are a number of lakes and local activities include water skiing, 18 hole golf, tennis and fitness.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (available) including cleaning and cook.
