Superb villa with an infinity pool and uninterrupted views of Pond and Mahoe Bay. Located on a promontory on the west coast of the Virgin island of Gorda in the Caribbean. Mahoe bay beach 3 minutes. Restaurants nearby. Pond Bay beach 10 minutes. This is one of the most beautiful and spectacular villas on the Virgin islands.
The accommodation comprises four independent sections.
Main section
The second floor has a small sitting room set into the eaves with superb views.
The first floor has a mezzanine with a large living room.
The ground floor has a living room, dining room, bar and barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans.
Second and third sections (practically identical), each has:
Two double bedrooms (1 x 180cm wide bed in each) with en suite shower rooms, private covered terrace opening to the ocean. Hi-fi, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Fourth section
Large double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed), bathroom open to the exterior with bath and shower, study, kitchenette, private terrace with ocean views, hi-fi, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
There is a gorgeous overflow pool, large covered terrace, interior courtyard with trees and a garden area. A car is recommended. Binoculars and flippers available.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Maid service included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - ask for details. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (available) including cleaning, babysitting, massage, hair dresser, car hire, boat trips and cook.
