Magnificent villa with a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi and superb views of Falmouth harbour. Located in English Harbour on the Caribbean island of Antigua.
The villa is comprised of a large living room (ceiling fan) opening to a terrace with seating area. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and laundry room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room and view of the pool. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower. Access from the latter bathroom to another bedroom with private shower room (the bedroom is also accessible from the exterior). Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) overlooking the courtyard. Shower room.
Exterior access to a further bedroom with en suite shower room situated on a lower level.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Covered terrace with comfortable seating and dining area, hard wood deck terrace with Jacuzzi, pergolas and bar. All with superb sea views. The interior courtyard has trees, barbecue and eating area which is sunny in the mornings and shaded in the afternoon.
Local activities include fishing, scuba diving, sailing and various excursions.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Maid service included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - ask for details. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (available) including cleaning, boat trips, yacht with skipper and cook.
