Magnificent, luxurious palace set in vast grounds with a huge swimming pool. Located in the fascinating palm groves of Marrakech in Morocco. Priced and normally taken as a whole rooms are sometimes available to rent individually – ask for details. There are numerous reception and sitting rooms in the palace. The are also fitness and sports facilities, steam room, sauna, massage room, tennis courts. 18 hole golf course and riding centre 300m. The palace can organise private or corporate events.
There are 10 suites in all. The “Royal” suite has 300 metres square of living space. The upper floor has a large sitting room, reading room, dressing room, double bed (1 x 140cm wide), bathroom and toilet. Large terrace opening to the pool area. The ground floor has three suites each with a double bed (140cm wide), living room, bathroom, toilet and terrace overlooking the pool.
Five of the suites are comprised of a double bed (140cm wide), living room, dressing room, bathroom and terrace with sun loungers.
The suite Santal has two single beds (90cm wide), living corner, bathroom and dressing with a terrace.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with satellite television, mini bar, telephone, safe box and hair dryer.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays. Chambre maid, breakfasts and airport transfers.

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
