The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Cleaning once a week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description) for holidays stays of more than one week. Final clean included. Changeover day Saturday. Arrival from 17h and departure latest 09h30.
The prices don’t include
