The Espace San Bernado ski pass is the main ski area pass and covers La Rosiere which is in France and La Thuile which is in Italy. Here you can enjoy cross border skiing. There is a marginally cheaper option which is the Domaine La Rosiere pass which excludes the Italian area.

The 2012 ski season began in La Rosiere on the 16 December and will end 22 April. There is a rechargeable ski pass card so if you return to La Rosiere all you need to do is top it up.
There are 160km of groomed pistes in the Espace San Bernardo, 80 ski runs in all of which 8 are green, 25 blue, 32 red and 15 black. There is certainly plenty for intermediates and good skiers to go at! Keeping the snow in place there are 398 snow cannons covering 39 km of the key runs, so you can be sure of the snow and being able to ski where you need to.
There are a total of 38 ski lifts comprising 1 cable car, 7 chair lifts (debrayable), 11 chair lifts, 16 button lifts and 3 carpets.
There are also three snowzones, including a snowparc, a boarder cross and snow cross area. Also on the col du Petit St Bernard there is snow kiting and speed riding. For the cross country there is 5km of ski de fond track. There are also 2 slalom runs and 2 sledging runs.
Today there is 46cm of snow on the lower slopes and 190cm of snow on the upper slopes which rise to 2650 metres.
La Rosiere has a reasonably priced ski area with lots of interesting skiing, just remember your French and Italian dictionaries!
