Access to the accommodation is via steps which are a bit tricky for anyone with mobility difficulties. It is sometimes possible to arrange for a typical Tuscan meal to be cooked and supplied at the villa by a local Italian at a cost of around 20€ per person.
The garden slopes gently down to the large pool terrace which surrounds the beautiful pool which is ideal for a good swim. Around the villa are vineyards and woodland walks leading down to the banks of the river Arno.
