The upper floor (set in the eaves) has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), which can accommodate an additional single bed, shower room.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace and terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Kitchen, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with shower room. Bathroom.

The villa is nice and light, furnished and fitted in a high quality, comfortable manner.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity.
