Description Beautiful country house with a large, lawned garden and a large swimming pool, in a wonderful elevated setting with uninterupted views down the plain towards the sea in the distance. Located near to the delightful coastal town of Fano 9km which has excellent shops and restaurants as well as gently sloping sandy beaches. There are a number of airport options including Raphaello Sanzio at Falconara (Ancona) 45km and Forli 104km. This is a sophisticated villa in a tranquil setting, handy for a really nice part of the Adriatic coast.

The upper floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each), each with en suite shower room with toilet. Two large double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), shower room with toilet.

The ground floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and en suite shower room with toilet. Small office room with internet access, games room and a laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, opening onto the dining room, which has access to the large covered terrace with views towards the sea. Large, living room with television corner and access to the garden.

The decor is refined and furnishing are a very comfortable and mainly traditional. This is much more than just a holiday home.

The garden is lush and well maintained with lots of flowering plants, mature trees offering natural shade and a built in barbecue area. The owner lives discreetly in a cottage on the grounds.
