Located in the southern Peloponnese in the Magne of Messine, this delightful, traditional style villa perches on the rocks overlooking the sea and commands exceptional views of Stoupa Bay and the gulf of Messine. Sandy beach 100 metres, pebble beach 20 metres. Shops, numerous taverns and restaurants in the village 300 metres. Kalamata airport 50km.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living area room with fireplace, opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea. Dining alcove with small, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide which will split into two singles if required) particularly charmingly arranged with access to the terrace. Bathroom with hydo-massage bath, shower and toilet. Pathway to hot tub installed in the rocks.

Tasteful décor and refined furnishings along with a hot tub along with very easy walking distance to facilities make this villa a real gem and a super spot for honeymoons.
