Two adjacent, virtually identical, modern, air conditioned villas (one is adapted for wheelchair access) in an elevated hillside setting, each with a private swimming pool, small garden and fantastic views of the cliffs, sea and Agia village. Located near Agia Pelagia to the east of Heraklion in the northern central region of the island, 1500 metres from sandy beach. Heraklion airport 20km. Village with shops, taverns and bars 1500m. Gazi 7km south east along the coast.

The upper floor (accessed by a wooden staircase which is a bit steep) has a master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and shower room with toilet. Access to a large balcony with Jacuzzi hot tub and fabulous sea views.

The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining corner, all opening onto a balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the swimming-pool. Shower room with toilet.

The pool level floor (accessed via a staircase from the living room), has a sitting-corner with bar and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with a television and access to the pool terrace with built in barbecue. Shower room and toilet and a small laundry room with washing machine.

The two villas are built near to each other and each has a small garden with lawned area and a private swimming pool which has a shallow corner (about 0.3m deep) for children. One is adapted for wheel chair access on the lower floor (details on request).
