The property is comprised of three independent units, which must all be taken together, with a total of 12 bedrooms. South facing, set in vast grounds with a large private swimming pool and uninterrupted views over Millau, the Causses Noir, Larzac and the Millau viaduct and all the surrounding countryside. Located in the hills above Millau, northwest of Montpellier 113km. Nimes airport 167km. This is an excellent property for large groups.

Troubadours
The first floor has a living room with television, fireplace carrying the coat of arms of the Seigneur Courtine, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Master double bedroom (Troubadours – one 160cm x 200cm bed), large bathroom with toilet. Family bedroom (Brocoejouls – 1 x 140cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed). Entrance hall with collection of agricultural artifacts, dressing room with toilet.

The ground floor has a quadruple bedroom (Courtine - 2 beds 90cm x 200cm and on the gallery 2 beds 90cm x 200cm). Shower room with toilet.

Templiers
The second floor has a living room with television, fireplace, billiards table and a piano. Kitchen. Double bedroom (Larzac one 160cm x 200cm bed), family bedroom (Templiers 1 x 140cm wide bed and a child’s bed) and a further family bedroom (1 x140cm wide bed and 2 x 90cm wide beds). The latter three bedrooms are south facing with super views of the pool and wooded parkland. Two bathrooms each with toilet.

Tour Carree
The upper floor has a living room with satellite television and kitchen. Double bedroom (Causse Rouge 1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (Cour d’Isabelle 2 x 90cm wide beds) and a further twin bedroom (Dragon 2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room with toilet.

The ground floor has a twin bedroom (Cardabelles 1 with 2 beds 90cm x 200cm) and a further twin bedroom (Cardabelles 2 with 2 beds 90cm x 200cm). Shower room and two separate toilets.

The décor in all the rooms has been done very tastefully and carefully to maintain the ambiance of the property. Period furnishings are in keeping and are complemented by old tapestries and paintings to complete the authentic effect. The bedrooms have all been accorded traditional names which are denoted in brackets to help you when determining who can sleep where.

The grounds are beautiful, well lit, with a fabulous pool complimented by a pool house with summer kitchen and built in barbecue. There is no shortage of facilities for diverting oneself, they include volley ball area, boules, swings, table tennis, gym equipment and 12 mountain bikes (used at your own risk) along with tracks on the grounds.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Linen provided. Final clean included. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable cash deposit €1000 payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood.
