Description
Lovely, contemporary villa set in a pleasant garden with a fenced swimming pool. Located near the edge of the village of Llauro. Restaurants 3km. Beach 20km. Calais 980km and Perpiganan airport 20km. Carcassonne airport 138km. From here it's just a short drive to the Pyrenees and the Spanish border.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a modern, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room with patio doors to the terrace. Three double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom, shower room and two separate toilets.

The décor is light and very stylish as are the furnishings which are nice and comfortable.

The peaceful garden has a large terrace around the pool which is fenced for child security. Note – 2 week bookings only during July and August.
