Description
This is a sizable, modern villa, built in 2004, set on a hillside in large grounds with a super swimming pool which won an award for its design. The elevated pool backs into the hill and a waterfall cascades gentle down rocks into the water creating a delightful effect. Located within easy driving distance of Porto Vecchio 6km and the beautiful beaches at Santa Guilia 7km. Figari airport 11km and Bastia airport 146km. Sperone 18 hole golf course 28km. This is an excellent villa for up to three families sharing. 

The pool level floor has a master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with a dressing room and bathroom with whirlpool bath, massage shower and toilet. The bedroom has access to a small terrace (careful of low wall).  

The ground floor has two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each) each with en suite shower room and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room and toilet. Children’s twin bedroom. Fully equipped, modern kitchen with breakfast table and access to the covered terrace which is ideal for dining al fresco. Living and dining room with fireplace and access to another covered terrace. There is a summer room with built in barbecue, pizza oven and laundry area. 

The garden level floor (independent access) has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with dressing room and en suite shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with dressing room and en suite shower room with toilet. Separate toilet. Kitchenette, living and dining room. There is no air conditioning on this floor which remains naturally nice and fresh. The décor is mainly neutral with some attractive colour schemes in the bedrooms, fittings are generally smart whilst furnishings are modern. 

The large, enclosed gardens have flat lawned areas and lots of private areas where one can enjoy a book in peace and quiet. The swimming pool has a wooden poolside deck, a sink and fridge. The villa and garden enjoy lovely across a delightful valley, down towards the sea.
