Description

Very attractive villa set in pretty, tranquil grounds with a private swimming pool and magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Located within walking distance (15 minutes on foot) of the Ste Lucie beach near the village of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio 5km, which has comprehensive shopping and restaurant facilities, is just north of Porto Vecchio. Figari airport 30km. Bastia airport 112km.

 

The main floor has an entrance, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace and doors opening onto a terrace. Gallery with a double bed (140cm wide) and private terrace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Bathroom and toilet. Further  bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) on a gallery with terrace and panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

   

The garden level floor has a large independent studio bedroom with a double sofa bed (140cm wide), bunk beds (2 x 80cm wide beds), a kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Access direct to the pool.

 

The villa is comfortable and well equipped.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 470€ and credit card details retained in the UK for a maximum deduction of £1600. Change-over and final cleaning charge payable locally 100€. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
