Description
Handsome stone villa with good sized grounds and private swimming pool with hardwood deck surround and stunning views of the sea. Located on the prestigious Sperone golf course just a short drive from the dramatic port of Bonifacio 4km. Figari airport 18km. Beach 300 metres.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and a large living and dining room opening to the pool area. Three double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed in each) and a quadruple bedroom (1 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and three shower rooms. Guest toilet. 

There a select few villas on the Sperone golf estate which is probably the most exclusive area of real estate on the island.

The pounds sterling prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. 2 hours cleaning per day included.
The prices don’t include
Change-over charge €180 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable deposit €10,000 payable locally. Telephone deposit 500€. Obligatory final clean 124€ (more if over 8 hours cleaning required). Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Note: 20% extra on rental price for Easter, October half term and Christmas holidays.
