The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with patio doors to the terrace. Two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) Two of the bedrooms have en suite power shower and washbasin. Bathroom and two separate toilets. Three of the bedrooms have French doors to the side terrace and the fourth has large sliding doors suitable for disabled access. Spa and sauna newly added for 2009.

There is plenty of space outdoors and a dining area with electric, retractable awning for shade as required. The terraced areas are all enclosed for child safety. The pool is heated on request (supplement payable) and has a jet stream to facilitate a good swim. This a is a relaxing and peaceful spot.

A small path runs from the rear of the villa to the village of Peloncato.
