The villa is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Each bath/shower room has a hair dryer. The sea views are only from the first floor, from the terrace in particular.

Situated close to the beach 300m and handy for the sailing school 3km this is a great location for a family holiday. Nearby are typically Breton pretty ports and the river Belon, famous for its oysters and in Moelan sur mer, there is a weekly market on Tuesday morning and on Saturday mornings it’s in Kergroës. Nearby Concarneau has a beautiful old citadel and a large fishing port, there is horse riding, tennis, golf and plenty more to do in the area.
