How do I check availability. Up
A. Use the Quick search facility on the top left of this page. Click on destination to
select the country you want, say FRANCE, if you know which region select that too,
say DORDOGNE. Then how many people in your party say 6 (it’s not vital how many just
something close to your party size) and then the category of property, say VILLAS. Then
from the list of dates select your start date by clicking on the date. Click OK and
you will see a list of available villas starting with the smallest. Scroll down
and select the next page if you want to see more. The last page has the
biggest villas.

How do I book ? Up
A. When you have found the villa of your choice just click on the secure booking link
on the villa page. From there you can book on line and pay with your card. Your booking
will usually be confirmed within 48 hours, the time it takes us to process your booking.

you through the booking process.

Can I place an option ? Up
A. Email the option dates and villa you would like info@world-villa.co.uk.

Can I book travel, car hire and insurance ? Up
A. Yes just click on the link buttons at the side of each page, check availability and
book online direct with the recommended supplier. We have negotiated favourable rates
with all our listed suppliers for your convenience.

How do I pay ? Up
A. The usual villa deposit is 20% unless specified. The balance is due 10 weeks before
departure. Travelling within the 10 weeks requires full payment at the time
of booking.

Can I arrive any day ? Up
A. Unfortunately no. All villas change-over on Saturdays except for Corsica which is a
Sunday change-over and Crete a Tuesday and some Costa Brava a Friday (unless
specified otherwise).

What does the price include ? Up
A. The price is for the rental of the villa for one week regardless of the number of
people occupying the villa. No travel or hire car or insurance are included, they
are extra and purchased independently. Most service charges and sometimes linen
are included but you should check the villa description for exact details.

What time can we arrive and when do we need to leave ? Up
A. The villa is available to you from 17.00 and you need to leave by 10.00
(unless stated otherwise).

How can I be sure my money is safe ? Up
A. Pay by credit card. There is no safer way of purchasing on line although there is a
3% charge on the balance.

Are you bonded ? Up
A. In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992" all
passengers booking with Villas Worldwide Limited are fully insured for the initial
deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if
required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due
to the insolvency of Villas's Worldwide Limited.
A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence
of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate(s) at the
time of booking.
This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through igi Insurance
Company Limited.

What is not included in the price ? Up
A. Check the individual villa description. Generally “extra” services such as change-over
charges, final clean, maid service, cook and baby sitting are not included. Linen
(which means bed linen and towels) is sometimes extra. Food packs (not usually available)
are not generally included, nor are transfers to the villa from airports, ports or
stations.

A. Just below each villa description. Click on a month to see availability and price,
the colour codes below show the availability status.

Do I have to pay a local deposit ? Up
A. Yes. Local deposits are paid in most cases. Check the villa description for
details.

What is the minimum length of stay. Up
