Casabermeja is a hilltop village located just inland from Malaga in the south of Spain. Set between the Sierra del Torcal and the Malaga mountains Casabermeja has typically narrow streets and there is a history of occupation dating back to prehistoric times, supported by evidence found in the local caves at Piedras and Cabrera.
